There is a balance in life that every Superhero must achieve between helping themselves and being available to help others. While we may have two hands, we often feel that we lack the capacity to extend one to others. We view reaching out as an overwhelming burden. So, we struggle on alone.

Reaching out to another does not imply having to "do" anything or "give" anything to anyone, other than our attention. Sometimes, reaching out is offering a friendly wave to a neighbor, or stroking a kitten, or holding a door open for a stranger.

Small gestures done with love bring joy. They lighten the load for all of us. everyone.
