All Superheroes experience periods of angst and restless times of self doubt. A feeling that deep down something is amiss with their internal compass, and they have lost their way.

Being lost or uncertain about where we are, or how to get to where we want to be, can produce anxiety and result in fear and worry. Or, it can provide us with an opportunity to explore different places, and to discover hidden wonders, talents and capabilities.

We can only learn that which we do not know. Being lost is a chance to experience unknown aspects of ourselves. So, courageous one, the next time you feel lost, relax and check in with your heart. See what direction it wants to move in, and start exploring!
