Greetings, Superhero! (Gratitude)

How often do we take being alive for granted, dismissing as ordinary, the amazing opportunities life presents us with. And, our ability to learn, to grow, to create and to connect with ourselves and others.

Sometimes it is helpful to take a moment and remember that life is teeming within us, and all around us.
